Moling

Hamblin Watermains Ltd installs new supply pipes using the latest trenchless technology (moling), which is a pneumatic tool designed to create a bore by compacting and displacing the soil rather than removing it. When used by a qualified experienced engineer, impact moling is the simplest and least expensive trenchless technology installation method.

We install a new MDPE water main from the highway boundary with your property, through to the connection point inside your property complete with a new stop tap and drain tap. On completion of the new installation the we will sign the work off and issue a `Water Industry Certificate of Work Completion document`, with a copy forwarded on to your local water supplier.

This work will assist with:-

• Increasing water pressure

• Cleaner drinking water

Leak Detection

All Hamblin Watermains Engineers are equipped with the latest leakage detection equipment and have many years experience enabling them to locate and trace the position of leaking underground water mains with minimal disturbance for the home owner. Once the defective section of pipe is identified, they again have all the equipment with them to excavate and carry out a repair with the minimum disruption for the home owner. This efficiency allows the whole process to be quick and cost effective.
